Practicing the Art of Self-Appreciation

 

Self-esteem is seen as the prerequisite for greater success and confidence, yet low self-esteem is said to be at epidemic proportions. Based on her upcoming book, How Do I Love Me? Let Me Count the Ways, Daylle teaches self-esteem building through a process of breaking bad habits and developing more loving ones. You will learn how to:
