Nice People Can Finish First (or just for women or men): People complain that “nice guys finish last.” This presentation provides constructive tools for building confidence and communication skills to become a nice person who gets taken seriously and gets his /her needs met (Daylle did a show about this with Oprah). Attendees will leave feeling more empowered knowing that nice people can have great success and positive responses, once they know how to handle themselves! Attendees will learn:

• Where the need to please comes from
• The difference between being nice and being a people pleaser/DoorMat
• How to say “No” and mean it, without alienating people
• Why being your #1 doesn’t make you selfish
• How to set boundaries at work and play
• Communication skills
• How to nicely and effectively handle problems with colleagues, parents, customer service people, romantic partners, friends, neighbors, etc.
• How to ask for what you need
